Autumn is one of our favourite times of the year. As the season shifts, the colours darken to deep, warm hues. The nights draw in and the weather gets cooler, as we turn inward and look for comfort. Let’s gather around the table to share food and stories by candlelight.
In Autumn we crave cozy, comforting food; think slow cooked meat, heady spices and hearty roots. Warming dishes that match the colours of the falling leaves; the deep oranges of pumpkins and squashes, the rich reds and greens of apples, and the earthy hues of mushrooms and chestnuts.
