Join us for our Wilding Walk on Sunday 26th February!
We’ll meet at our Flint Barn near Southease and head out for a circular walk taking in the beautiful views of the South Downs and the River Ouse. We’ll end up back at the barn for tea, coffee, and cake.
Our Wilding Walks started as a chance to meet in person, receive informal nutritional support from myself and others on their health journey, and to build a supportive community. We really hope that the barn can become a home for people looking to find health and happiness through community, great farming practices, and celebrations.
This walk is completely free and all are welcome — please bring along anyone who is supporting you or anyone who might benefit from this supportive community — partners, friends, elders, brothers, and sisters. Sadly dogs aren’t allowed at our venue but they are welcome for the walk.
The walk will take around 2 hours. It’s likely to be muddy and uneven in places with some hills. We’ll be walking whatever the weather so make sure you bring suitable clothing! If you don’t fancy the walk then come along for the lunch.
Tickets are free, including lunch – but please book a ticket so that we know how many people to cater for.
Meet: 10am on Sunday 26th February
Location: Field Food Barn, near Southease, just 4 miles from Lewes. The exact location will be emailed to you 1 week before the walk. There is plenty of parking at the barn and we can organise car shares from Lewes.
