This 6th edition of Into The Night brings together Field Food and Hamstreet Wines, two businesses connected by a shared respect for land, seasonality, and thoughtful craft.

Lucie and Jules of Hamstreet Wines are producers whose work goes far beyond the bottle. Alongside creating beautifully expressive wines, they are committed to rebuilding soils, encouraging biodiversity, and keeping chemicals away from both the land and the drinker. That care runs through every detail of what they do.

Together, we’ve created an evening that celebrates nature at its most generous, fire-cooked food paired with living wines, enjoyed beneath open skies and flickering flame.

Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary wine tasting on arrival before settling into a three course seasonal menu cooked over fire. Expect deep flavours, smoke, char, and dishes built around exceptional produce at the height of the season, thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of wines throughout the evening, as well as botanical cocktails and limited runs of local beers.

As darkness deepens, plates move through the warm halo of the embers, glasses are poured generously, and conversations stretch long into the night.
