As dusk settles and the landscape softens, the glow of the coals becomes your gathering point. A quiet pulse drawing everyone closer as the night begins to take shape.
Created to honour intentional producers, whether they’re growers, farmers, foragers, or drinks makers, each fire-lit dinner invites you into their world. Their ingredients don’t just appear on the plate, they guide the entire experience, shaping the stories, the flavours, and the moments shared around the table.
You arrive to find guest chefs cooking low, slow, or directly over the open flames. Vegetables hiss against cast iron. Grains soften and swell. Meats caramelise.
As darkness deepens, the evening opens up. Shared plates travel through the warm halo of the embers, dishes built to showcase a single seasonal producer’s work at its most expressive. Between courses, you hear from the people behind those ingredients, how they harvest, why they forage, the challenges of the season, the small victories no one sees.
The pace stays unhurried. The atmosphere gently immersive. You’re invited to slow down, savour, and simply be part of the moment.
