Each immersive day unfolds here on the farm, where you’ll see, smell and taste the changing landscape first-hand. Guided by Rachel, you’ll not only master techniques in lacto-fermentation and pickling, but also gain a deep understanding of how to build a living pantry that evolves with nature’s calendar.
