Valentines at Taith Saturday 14th February
£75.00
An intimate seasonal supper by Field Food
For one night only, we step away from our familiar shared tables and into something quieter, slower and more refined.
Hosted at the beautiful Taith, Lewes, this Valentine’s evening is a celebration of connections, to each other, to the season, and to the ingredients grown and gathered close to home. The menu is inspired by the idea of two: paired flavours, thoughtful courses, and dishes designed to be shared intimately rather than communally.
We’ll cook with the same care and intention that guides all our work, sourcing locally and following the rhythm of the season. Expect a considered menu that reflects winter’s depth and quiet abundance.
Accompanying the food, we’ll offer a carefully curated drinks list featuring local sparkling and still low-intervention wines, alongside botanical cocktails crafted in our kitchen from hedgerow finds, a gentle nod to the wild edges of the season.
This is an evening for slowing down, leaning in, and sharing something meaningful. A rare chance to experience Field Food in a more intimate setting, while staying rooted in everything we believe about food, land and connection.
A Valentine’s supper shaped by season, place and the beauty of two.
