The Rooted Programme


With New Year can come a pressure to spring into action with all sorts of new goals and resolutions. But we’re still deep in winter, a time to rest and replenish our energy. A season to prioritise our health and happiness over action and achievement.

If you’re looking to prioritise your health this New Year, to nurture yourself, feel grounded, and to replenish your energy then the Rooted programme is for you. It is designed specifically to get you off to an intentional start to the year feeling fully energised and connected to your body.

Working together, you will learn how to tune into your body’s cyclical rhythms, understand how to truly nourish your body using food, movement, sleep, and relaxation, and feel empowered to create the environment you need to feel your best self.

Who is this for?

The Rooted programme is for people who are looking to deepen their connection to their body and their health; regain their energy; sleep better and restore harmony to circadian rhythms; improve digestive wellness and manage their weight. It can boost your health, energy, and emotional well-being, as well as addressing any specific symptoms you may be experiencing.

How does it work?

The Rooted programme starts with an initial session of around 2 hours where we’ll explore your general health picture, your journey, and your emotional relationship with food as well as working to identify the underlying causes of your symptoms. This includes assessing how well you are digesting and absorbing foods, how balanced your hormones are, the quality of your sleep, and how your body responds to stress.

Following the session, I’ll put together a bespoke plan tailored to your needs with a clear focus until we meet again. This contains an easy-to-follow nutrition plan, designed to be achievable and sustainable. Additional recommendations for supplements and functional testing will be made, if necessary. You will also have access to email and telephone support between appointments.

A follow-up consultation of around 1 hour is also included in the programme. This will take place around 4 weeks after the initial consultation and we will explore how you have been feeling since following the last session, look at progress and challenges that you have faced, tweak and amend the plan as necessary and look at how I can continue to support you best.
