Cook School: Simple Seasonal Suppers – Spring

Friday 10th May

Eating seasonally lies at the heart of what we do at Field Food, and we believe it holds the secret to feeling deeply nourished and energised.

Focusing on simple, delicious recipes, which can be easily adapted to use ingredients you might have to hand, this workshop will give you a repertoire that is simple, nutritious and satisfying so that you leave us inspired with delicious recipes that will become staples in your kitchen.

As a nutritionist and cook, Libby has created this workshop to help you feel confident and grounded in the kitchen. Find pleasure in building your kitchen toolkit, giving you the foundation to create your own delicious seasonal suppers at home.

As you arrive, Libby will introduce you to the foundations of seasonal cooking over freshly made tea and coffee, before you enjoy a series of guided hands-on cookery sessions to create your own dishes. We’ll sit down together to share a lunch of dishes prepared during the morning, and you’ll leave with plenty of meals prepared ready for the weekend ahead.

“This was my first cooking workshop experince and it was beyond my expectations! I learned new flavour combinations, sauces and seasonings. Atmosphere was great and very friendly felt like I am almost in my own kitchen !”

“Libby puts her heart into healthy eating and is very conscious about local and nutritious produce. The workshop was just brilliant you will leave with lots of new ideas, new recipes and with a new thinking of nutritious eating. Highly recommended!”
